Andy lives in Four Mile Bridge on Anglesey, he moved here with his family in 2003.

Andy has 18 years experience of working in voluntary organisations at a local, regional and national level. His most recent employment in the sector being as Chief Executive of DIAL UK, a national disability advice network.

He has extensive experience of working at the sharp end of the voluntary sector, seeking to provide quality services whilst juggling the competing challenges of fund-raising, volunteer support and funders needs.

Andy’s experience of supporting voluntary groups has included running a management support helpline - giving practical advice on real issues, delivering management training and on-site consultancy support.
